The digitally signed certificates can be accessed through the VAHAN or V-Scrap system.

The customer should keep the RC, identity documents, applicable bank NOC and other ownership documents ready. Pending liabilities should be cleared, and the vehicle should be handed over only to a government-authorised RVSF
